Once again this year, Sophie SMISSAERT comes in June with students of ENILIA (National School of Dairy Industry and Food) to raise awareness on issues of makes and models to which these future professionals will necessarily face one day.

They open a trade, they create a recipe they want to baptize a product or innovate their packaging to better stand out from the competition, these artisans and manufacturers will be concerned about the industrial property dimension of their projects .

The name I have chosen is available? the secret to my recipe is it well kept? The tools to answer these questions will be addressed during these hours of instruction.

Because the cross is proprietary, it may include both a cosmetic laboratory than a pastry!
